Spanning across a massive 10,000 sq. ft. in the commercial hub of Kamla Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai, we executed the complete turnkey interior design for a premium apparel workshop and corporate office. The space is anchored by a distinct industrial design language, featuring soaring open ceilings with fully exposed galvanized iron (GI) air ducts, architectural track spots, and a striking center chandelier. To mirror the manufacturing and workshop ethos, we integrated heavy-duty MS (Mild Steel) metal frames paired with thick natural wood tops for the conference tables and linear workstations. The perimeter layout functions seamlessly as an active apparel display area, utilizing rugged iron pipe racks and bespoke display shelving units accented with heritage sewing machines to merge corporate utility with a rich textile heritage.
